Safe and Sound Automotive Inc. opened its doors on Jan. 2, 2007. For Rob and Steph, it was not just a job, but a dream realized. An opportunity to provide our loyal customers, friends, and community with safe, honest, affordable repair and excellent, friendly, expedient service. Stephanie Bice is our service manager. She has been working in various area of the automotive industry for the past 6 years. She has been a parts counter person, service manager, office manager and a service writer but her greatest asset is her enthusiastic approach to customer service. Stephanie takes great pride in caring for customers and listening to their needs. She strives to insure that every customer has a great experience. Stephanie is also Chief Executive officer of Safe and Sound Automotive, Inc. Stop by and visit Stephanie and experience the Safe and Sound Automotive difference. In her spare time, Steph wears a Superman t-shirt.

Rob Schaeffer is the shop's master mechanic and Vice President of Safe and Sound Automotive, Inc. He is a well seasoned, professionally educated mechanic. He brings over 18 years of experience in all facets of the automotive industry. Rob is A.S.E. (Automotive Service Excellence) certified. It has been Rob's dream to own a shop. When it comes to repair or maintenance, no job is to big for Rob. He is currently enjoying servicing Hummers for a local club. Rob is always ready for a challenge and takes great pride in his ability to surpass customer's expectations. He is the wind beneath the local Snap-On dealer's wings.

Derek Moyer is newest addition to our team. Derek brings many years of experience to the service bays. He was a long-time employee of a Ford Dealership, but Derek is very knowledgeable in all makes and models. Derek shares our enthusiasm for our work and is always willing to explain services to customers. Derek has in the past enjoyed racing. His smile can be seen for miles and miles.
Richard Haug...a BIG THANKS to Haug!!! Without you and your ongoing support, none of this would be possible. Haug is currently enjoying retirement and spends some of his time in the shop with us. His knowledge and experience is unrivaled! |
